Counterfeit Eggs
This clip is from the Channel 4 documentary The Fake Trade and I still can’t work out if it’s real. The effort required to counterfeit eggs just seems like far too much effort. From the small amount of research I’ve done on line, it’s unclear whether the “fake eggs” really exist, or if they’re just the work of some hoaxers. Part of me would really like to think that the Chinese people filmed in the documentary put their heads together and tried to think of something they could use to scam the gullible western film crew.
